We aim to dispatch orders in 5 working days. Currently we are only able to deliver to UK addresses. Bulk orders may take longer - please contact us for a quote.
Deliveries are sent Royal Mail First Class which typically means arrival the next day. Larger orders (orders with aproximately 10 or more tshirts, or 5 or more hoodies) are usually sent by courier. Please contact us for more information if you are concerned about delivery times for your order.
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
Orders of 10 or more automatically receive a discount when ordered through this website. The garments don't have to be the same - any combination of garments will receive the following discounts: 15+ garments receive a 15% discount. 10 - 15 garments receive a 10% discount.
Your Shopping experience can take place 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you have any questions regarding the store or need assistance please contact us via email at contact@tshirtcandy.com or alternatively call us on 01453 808 303 (Mon-Fri 9-5).
We try our best to keep you informed about the status of your order. Enter your mobile number on the basket page and we will send you a free text message when your order is dispatched giving you the tracking number of your parcel. We have also added a "Track Your Order" facility to this website which gives up-to-the-minute information on your order. See the box on the left or on the Home page.
Your payment will be processed by PayPal, a world leader in ecommerce payments, meaning that your details are in very safe hands. Therefore, your credit card details are never actually passed to us and are not stored by us, reducing the risk of your card details being viewed by fraudsters. Whilst we have worked hard to give our design software as many options are possible, it doesn't cater for everything. Let us know if you want a design but can't create it and we'll be able to set it up.
Due to the unique nature of each garment, refunds will only be given if there is a fault with the garment or the quality of printing is not up-to-standard. We cannot unfortunately cover the costs of return postage.
We ask you for your name, e-mail address, postal address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
When you write to us by e-mail, whether for queries, feedback or other reasons, we will retain your e-mail address. We may use it in future to notify you about upcoming promotions and special offers, or about technology matters in connection with our Site which we think may be of interest to you. We will not share, rent, sell or trade your personal information with any other third party.
