Text Design Help
  • Type your text into the box on the right and it will appear on the tshirt
  • Use the options to style the text as you want it
  • Our maximum print width for text is 28cm - if your text wraps over onto the next line on the tshirt then that is how it will be printed.
  • Your print will be the same as shown above - make sure what you see is what you want!
  • Text designs are either printed in vinyl, foil or flock depending on the size/colour chosen.

Image Upload Help
Upload process
  • Click on the "browse" button and select a JPG/PNG from your local hard drive
  • Click the UPLOAD button to upload the image to our server
  • Move your image to the desired position by dragging it on the garment
  • Adjust the scale to your preference or to fit our maximum printing area
Format
All images must be in non-progressive JPG or PNG format. Please save as "Maximum Quality" to ensure we can print a good quality image.
Backgrounds / Transparency
We can only print images onto white or ash grey coloured garments. If your image has a white background, the background will not be printed.
Filename
Please ensure that your filename has no spaces or non-alphanumeric characters in it.
Size
We have a maximum size of 350Kb for uploaded images
Dimensions
Our design software will indicate if you need to scale your image down to fit our maximum printed area.
Quality
If we find that your uploaded image is of insufficient quality to print well we will contact you and give you the opportunity to supply a higher resolution file. If this is not possible, we will simply cancel the order with no charges.
Copyright
It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed trademarks or logos, or any other copyrighted material (unless you are the copyright holder) using tshirtcandy. The exclusive use and reproduction of such images lie solely with the legal owners. Responsibility for determining copyright ownership lies entirely with you. We cannot accept any responsibility for breach of copyright.
Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you or to contact you for alternative artwork/text as it deems appropriate if any artwork/text appears to be offensive/unacceptable/detrimental to our reputation.
